To support the policy Berkshire Cricket have now arranged for three 'Time to LIsten' courses, aimed at Club Welfare Officers.  This course is an integral part of the ongoing training on offer for Club Welfare Officers, (CWOs).

All clubs are encouraged to have an appointed Club Welfare Officer, and any changes of people holding this position in clubs should be notified to the County Welfare Officer, Andy Manning on 0771 090 518 or at welfare@berkshirecricket.com.
