Youth executive - roles and responsibilities

The Youth executive are responsible for the trials and selection of youth players for the County, Girls and District squads.

The Youth executive are responsible for the selection and appointment of managers and coaches within youth cricket.

The members of the Youth executive are accountable to the Cricket executive for the effective management of the teams and personnel under their management.

The members of the Youth executive are responsible for the prudent management, control and reporting of the allocated budgets.

The Youth executive are responsible for ensuring that the County and District trials are organized, published, and well managed.

The Youth executive are responsible for ensuring that the County policies, practices and procedures that affect and impact youth cricket in Berkshire are implemented.

REMINDER:
Managers and Coaches are required to be covered by adequate Insurance and a current CRB no later than 31st March 2009.
Any individual not compliant at that time cannot be involved in any role with Berkshire squads until such time as they are compliant.
