• Governance of Berkshire Cricket is the responsibility of the Operational Management Group, (OMG).

    The OMG through the Chairman of the County Board is accountable to the England and Wales Cricket Board, (ECB), for the development of youth, local and county cricket in Berkshire.

    Targets and key performance indicators, (KPIs), are set and agreed with the ECB. These need to be achieved in order to receive funding from the ECB.

    The Chairman of the Board is accountable for the performance of the OMG. The OMG is responsible for setting the vision, policy and direction of Berkshire Cricket.

    The OMG and County Board are responsible for, and supported by:
