The Chief Executive Officer, (CEO), is accountable to the OMG for the overall recruitment, development and retention of the WorkForce.

This WorkForce responsibility includes:

  • Berkshire Cricket Coaches Association, (BCCA)
  • Berkshire Cricket Groundsmen Association, (BCGA)
  • Berkshire Cricket Officials Association, (BCOA)
  • Communications Officer
  • County Development Manager
  • Board and OMG members
  • Welfare Officer
  • Volunteers - managers and others
