The Director of Cricket, David Morris is accountable to
the OMG for cricket performance of all County squads
under the jurisdiction of the Berkshire Cricket.
David is supported by a Cricket executive including
representatives from the various cricket sections and
groups listed below.
The purpose of grouping together all our training and
playing activity is to ensure that we have co-ordinated,
integrated player pathways and playing programmes.
The primary aim is to have a successful and effective
County cricket structure - that is underpinned by
programmes that coach and develop young cricketers to
progress and enjoy their sport.
This enables individual players to play at the highest
level they can from Under 9s with clubs through District
and County squads to the County 1st XI and beyond.
