Berkshire Cricket - Emerging Players programme

This year the most talented 12 – 15 year olds are once again receiving unprecedented levels of coaching through the Berkshire Emerging Players programme.

9 of our most talented boys and girls are attending three hours 1:1 or small group coaching sessions each week since the start of January.

Coaching staff
Tim Dellor, Minor County Coach & ECB Head Coach – leads & manages the Berkshire Emerging Players programme supported by:
Chris Ellison, who recently became Berkshire's first ECB Level 4 coach;
Tom Lambert, Berkshire’s opening bowler and leading wicket taker and
Mark Foster, Community Coach, County wicketkeeper and Falkland CC captain

Achievement
Last year’s graduates and current players have all been watched by First Class Counties. Three of whom are now on the Middlesex academy, one played a couple of games for Gloucestershire second team, and one has played in the prestigious women’s Super Fours.

2010-11 opportunity
Those players who have good summers will be eligible for selection to the EPP this autumn.
