Youth executive - roles and responsibilities
The Youth executive are responsible for the trials and
selection of youth players for the County, Girls and
District squads.
The members of the Youth executive are accountable to the Cricket executive for the effective management of the teams and personnel under their management.
The members of the Youth executive are responsible for the prudent management, control and reporting of the allocated budgets.
The Youth executive are responsible for ensuring that the County and District trials are organized, published, and well managed.
The Youth executive are responsible for ensuring that the County policies, practices and procedures that affect and impact youth cricket in Berkshire are implemented.

All applicants must be current members of Berkshire Cricket for Insurance purposes and have a current CRB.
