DISABILITY CRICKET

Super 1s gives young people aged 12-25 with a disability the chance to play regular competitive cricket while improving confidence and independence. The programme is funded by Lords Taverners and takes place each week throughout Berkshire. See below for a list of hubs currently available:

EAST READING SUPER 1’s
Day – Wednesday
Time – 5-6pm
Venue – Bulmershe Leisure Centre
Cost – FREE
Ages – 12-25 all disabilities welcome

MAIDENHEAD SUPER 1’s
Day – Tuesday
Time – 6-7pm
Venue – St.Pirans School
Cost – FREE
Ages – 12-25 all disabilities welcome

West Reading SUPER 1’s
Day – Monday
Time – 5-6:30pm
Venue – Cotswold Sports Centre
Ages – 12-25 all disabilities welcome

During the summer we play regular, soft ball fixtures against neighbouring counties to give our participants the chance to play competitive matches. We also host our showcase Disability festival at Holyport Cricket Club in June.
